Traditional and unique flavors to choose from with a crunchy edge and soft, chewy middle. You can order as little as a Baker's dozen or treat a large event with discounts for 8 dozen or more ordered at once. They can be boxed together or individually packaged and labeled.

Buttercream Cutout Cookies

These are offered in the traditional sugar cookie or a vanilla butter shortbread cookie. Cut into shapes and decorated with colored Swiss meringue buttercream. A great option for a themed party or special occasion. You can also purchase a DIY cookie box that features cutout cookies, frosting and sprinkles to decorate on your own.

About Armida's Mini Pie Co & Bakery

Armida's Mini Pie Company started in January 2009 after I had made a mini apple pie that was a hit by many. Soon, I was creating a different mini pie every month. In 2013, after much thought, I hung my apron up to focus my attention on my growing family. Although I never truly quit baking, I was no longer selling any products. After some self reflection, (and baking curiosity from my youngest child) I felt there was no better time than 2020 to restart my baking passion full time. This time my attention is on creating small custom desserts. I decided to expand my company name to Armida's Mini Pie Co & Bakery! And while I still love my mini pies, I am temporarily not offering them. Everything I bake is made from scratch and made with real, fresh ingredients. Many flavors are seasonal. I do not ship at this time. Located near Olympia, WA, I will deliver throughout the Puget Sound region for a small fee. ~Armida Baker Owner & Culinarian
